Trip to Nagaon Beach Alibaug - November 2019

Travelogue - 2 Day 1 Night Trip to Nagaon Beach 🌊🌊🚘🚨🚩🚦

Day 1 - Beach and Food🍤🍺🍗🍘

A friend and my manager from the past organization called up and enquired as to what we would be doing on the weekend of 30th November and 1st Dec 2019. I responded saying that we do not have anything planned and are open any ideas that the friend may have, and voila we planned a 2 day 1 night trip to Nagaon close to Alibaug. Its a 3.30hrs journey from Pune and is about 150 kms drive.On the morning of 30th November woke up early and called my friend that we are leaving our place would be there to pick them up within 20 mins. My friend stayed in Pimpri at that time. 

So all stacked up in the car. Me and wife, my friend and his wife along with their son. We stared at 9am in the morning and reached the place at 12.30pm. After keeping our luggage in the rooms, we went off to the beach for a afternoon stroll.

These pics clicked were later part of the memory wall at the friends place. Me and wife were a a little ahead enjoying the waves. It was afternoon and time for high tide.

Post visiting the beach for a short duration, we headed back to the stay as it was afternoon and we had ordered fish food till the time we took a beach stroll. We had ordered for fresh Pomfret fry, Veg and Fish Thalis.

After the heavy lunch, we sat around the garden of the stay and were clicking pics as we were to visit the beach again during the evening. Till the time I was trying out all my photography skills.

Wifey was fast asleep on the swing and so I had some extra time to click more abstract pics that would eventually become memories when you look back.

At with a blink, it was evening time and we were to head to the beach for a evening walk and enjoying the sunset. There too we let our creative skills do the magic.

We had carried badminton rackets with us so that in the evening we could spend some time playing. We ordered the same dishes for dinner and post that we went back on the beach for a night stroll.

Day 2 - Morning at the beach😜😇😁🏊💒

We were awakened in the morning with crying sound of my friends son. He was knocking on the door and when I opened it up, he was mentioning that his parents were not in the room and he was all alone. I was surprised as well to not see both of them. Called the friend and he mentioned that they had walked nearby to the stay canteen for early morning tea. That was a sigh of relief for us. In the meanwhile some nice and unique insects visited us in the morning.

Post our tea and breakfast we all went to the beach to enjoying the morning scene and breeze.

Post a dip in the sea and beach we were back in the room and getting ready to leave.

With that it was a wrap for this trip and we left for Pune. In between we visited local markets and took away some dry fish, Kokam Syrup and few other aspects which are specialty of Alibaug. See you in the next blog.
